Shipping Policy

Practical information about order processing, parcel preparation, delivery, cross-border shipping, damaged packages, and support for FYNORIQUE orders.

FYNORIQUE orders can include products with very different handling needs, from makeup and body-care items to brushes, candles, apparel, accessories, and selected gift products. Because these products vary in size, packaging, fragility, and fulfillment requirements, shipping arrangements may differ from one order to another.

This policy explains how we generally prepare and manage shipments without setting unrealistic fixed delivery promises. Transit time can depend on destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, parcel type, and conditions outside our direct control.

Order Processing

After an order is placed, it may pass through payment confirmation, order review, stock verification, item preparation, packing, label creation, and handoff to the selected shipping service.

Beauty orders often contain items with different packaging requirements. A foundation, mascara, lip product, body oil, scrub, brush set, candle, or apparel item may need to be packed differently to reduce movement, leakage, pressure, or impact during transit.

Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, the number of items ordered, the type of products involved, holidays, weekends, or other fulfillment conditions. We do not treat the time between checkout and carrier acceptance as a guaranteed fixed period.

Product Availability Before Dispatch

Products displayed on the storefront are intended to reflect available inventory, but occasional stock discrepancies can occur, especially when several customers purchase the same variation within a short period.

This can be particularly relevant to products offered by shade, color, size, scent, format, or bundle configuration. If an item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we may contact you to explain the situation and review the available next step for the affected part of the order.

We do not substitute a different shade, size, scent, color, or product variation without an appropriate basis for doing so.

Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier network, customs activity where applicable, and local delivery conditions. Any estimate shown during checkout or order tracking should be understood as an expected timeframe rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

International shipments may take longer when parcels pass through customs review, local postal networks, transfer hubs, remote-area delivery routes, or seasonal carrier congestion.

Weather, transportation disruption, public holidays, high-volume sales periods, customs inspection, security checks, and local delivery interruptions can also affect transit time after the parcel has left fulfillment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit information, city, postal code, region, and other delivery details before completing checkout.

For international shipments, address formatting may be especially important because the parcel can move between several logistics systems. Missing building numbers, unit details, postal codes, or recipient information may cause delay, return, or failed delivery.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We can review the request, but an address change may no longer be possible once the order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in more than one parcel. This can happen when products have different fulfillment locations, packing requirements, parcel sizes, or handling needs.

For example, a beauty order containing smaller cosmetics together with a candle, body-care item, accessory, or apparel product may be separated if that provides a more suitable shipping arrangement.

Separate parcels may receive different tracking updates and may not arrive on the same day. A partial delivery does not automatically mean that the remaining items are missing.

Packaging for Cosmetics and Personal Care Products

Cosmetics and personal care products can be sensitive to pressure, temperature, impact, and handling. We use reasonable packing methods intended to help products travel securely, but the exterior carton or retail packaging can still show minor signs of normal transportation handling.

Products such as body oils, creams, cleansers, scrubs, or liquid cosmetics may be packed with additional attention to closure and movement inside the parcel. Compact products, glass packaging, candles, or beauty tools may require different protective arrangements.

A minor mark on an outer box does not always mean the product itself is damaged. If the product is broken, leaking, crushed, open, or otherwise affected in a way that prevents normal use, contact us so the condition can be reviewed.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, the tracking record may begin updating after the parcel is accepted and scanned into the carrier's network. A label-created status does not always mean the parcel is already moving between facilities.

Tracking events are generated by the carrier and may occasionally update in batches, pause during transfer between networks, or appear delayed even while the parcel continues moving.

If tracking appears inactive for an unusual period, contact us with your order number so we can review the available shipment information.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

Cross-border orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other destination-specific requirements.

These charges are determined by the destination country or region and can depend on the value, product type, shipment method, local import rules, or carrier procedures. Unless checkout specifically states that a particular charge is included, additional import-related costs may be collected separately during customs clearance or delivery.

Customs agencies or carriers may also request additional recipient information before releasing a parcel. Delays caused by customs review are outside our direct scheduling control.

Restrictions Affecting Certain Products

Some beauty, fragrance, candle, liquid, or personal-care products may be subject to carrier or destination restrictions based on ingredients, packaging, volume, transport classification, or local import requirements.

If a selected shipping service cannot transport a particular product to the destination, the order may require a different shipping arrangement or further review before dispatch.

We may contact the customer when additional information or an alternative arrangement is needed for a restricted shipment.

Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Parcels

Depending on the carrier and destination, a parcel may require a delivery attempt, pickup from a local collection point, signature, access to a building, or another form of recipient action.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incomplete, access is restricted, customs action is not completed, or the parcel is not collected, the carrier may hold or return the shipment.

Any additional shipping cost associated with resending a parcel may depend on the reason for the failed delivery and the circumstances identified by the carrier.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, first check the delivery area carefully. Depending on the location, this can include a mailbox, parcel locker, building reception, front desk, porch, secure entrance, household member, or another delivery point used by the carrier.

You may also need to contact the carrier because local delivery teams sometimes have access to more detailed delivery information than the public tracking page.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and the relevant tracking information so we can review the situation.

Damaged Parcels and Product Damage

If an order arrives with significant shipping damage, inspect the outer parcel and products before discarding the packaging. Photos can be important when reviewing breakage, leakage, crushed packaging, missing items, or another transport-related issue.

We may ask for clear images of the shipping carton, mailing label, interior packaging, product box, product label, and affected item. For liquid or cream products, photos showing leakage and the condition of the closure can be useful. For candles, compact cosmetics, brushes, or other breakable items, photos showing the specific damage can help us assess the issue.

Please keep the original parcel and relevant packaging until the issue has been reviewed when those materials may be needed to document shipping damage.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive a different product or variation from the one ordered, or believe an item is missing from the parcel, contact us with the order number and a clear description of what you received.

For shade-sensitive or variation-based products, include the product name and the shade, color, size, or other identifying information shown on the product or packaging.

Photos of the items received and the packing arrangement may be requested when they help us compare the delivery with the fulfillment record.

Weather and Temperature Exposure

Some cosmetic, body-care, candle, or fragrance products can temporarily change in texture, firmness, or appearance after exposure to hot or cold conditions during transportation.

A temporary change caused by temperature does not always mean that the product is permanently damaged. If you are unsure about the condition of a product after delivery, contact us before using it and provide clear photos together with a description of what you observed.

Do not use a product if its packaging is open, visibly compromised, leaking unusually, or otherwise appears unsafe.

E-Gift Cards and Non-Physical Products

Electronic gift cards or other non-physical products are not shipped as parcels and do not follow physical delivery tracking. Delivery may instead depend on the email or digital information provided during purchase.

If you believe an e-gift card was not received, check the email information entered during the order and review spam or filtered folders before contacting us for support.

Shipping Support

For questions about dispatch, tracking, delivery, customs-related shipment issues, damaged parcels, missing items, or incorrect items, contact FYNORIQUE at [email protected].

Please include your order number and enough information for us to identify the shipment. If the issue involves damage or an incorrect item, attaching clear photos can help us review the situation more efficiently.
