Terms of Service
Clear terms for browsing FYNORIQUE, choosing beauty and lifestyle products, placing orders, using payment services, and interacting with storefront support.
FYNORIQUE brings together cosmetics, body-care products, beauty tools, fragrance and candle items, selected apparel and accessories, and gift products. These categories do not all behave in the same way, so product information, shipping needs, return considerations, and customer expectations can differ from item to item.
These terms are designed around the practical operation of the storefront: accurate product selection, responsible use of the site, valid payment, fulfillment, delivery, customer support, and reasonable handling of issues when they occur.
Using the Storefront
You may browse products, compare available options, add items to your cart, submit orders, and use available customer-service features for ordinary shopping purposes.
You should not attempt to interfere with site operation, bypass security measures, misuse checkout functions, submit fraudulent transactions, scrape protected storefront content at disruptive scale, introduce malicious code, or access information that is not intended for you.
We may restrict access when activity creates a security risk, interferes with service, appears fraudulent, or materially affects other customers or service providers.
Product Information and Presentation
We aim to present product names, images, descriptions, available shades, colors, sizes, formats, quantities, dimensions, materials, scent information, bundle contents, and other relevant details as clearly as reasonably possible.
Because FYNORIQUE sells several product types, not every detail applies to every item. A foundation or lip product may be distinguished primarily by shade, a brush by shape or use, a body product by format or capacity, an apparel item by size and color, and a candle or fragrance item by scent or packaging.
Customers should review the specific product page and selected options before completing checkout.
Color, Shade, Finish, and Screen Differences
Cosmetic shades, apparel colors, packaging colors, and other visual details can appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, surrounding colors, and individual perception.
Makeup can also appear differently when applied to different skin tones, textures, or under different lighting conditions. A product image is therefore a useful reference, but it cannot guarantee an identical visual result for every customer.
Where a product page includes shade names, labels, swatches, or variation selectors, customers should use those details together when making a selection.
Cosmetic and Personal Care Products
Cosmetic and personal-care products should be used according to the instructions, labeling, warnings, and intended purpose supplied with the product.
Individual preferences and sensitivities differ. A product that suits one customer may not produce the same experience for another. Customers are responsible for considering information relevant to their own circumstances and should discontinue use if unexpected irritation, discomfort, or another adverse reaction occurs.
Storefront descriptions are intended to explain product characteristics and shopping information. They are not individualized medical advice and should not be treated as a diagnosis, treatment plan, or professional health recommendation.
Product Ingredients and Packaging Information
Where ingredient or composition information is provided, customers should review the current information shown on the product packaging or labeling received with the item, particularly when personal sensitivities are relevant.
Manufacturers may update packaging, labeling, or product presentation over time. Minor differences in packaging appearance do not automatically mean that the wrong product was supplied.
If the product received appears materially inconsistent with the listing or raises a safety concern, contact us before use so the issue can be reviewed.
Orders
Submitting an order sends the purchase for processing and review. An order may still require payment authorization, stock confirmation, address review, fraud screening, or another normal fulfillment check before dispatch.
We may contact you if information is incomplete, a product variation becomes unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, or another issue prevents normal processing.
We do not treat every submitted order as irrevocably final if a clear technical error, inventory discrepancy, security concern, or payment issue prevents fulfillment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
Requests are easier to review before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been packed, handed to a carrier, or otherwise entered a stage where changes cannot reasonably be made, we may be unable to alter the address, product variation, quantity, or cancellation status.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can still be changed.
Pricing and Currency
Prices may change as products, promotions, costs, or merchandising decisions change. The relevant price for a purchase is generally the amount presented through the checkout process for that order, subject to correction where an obvious technical or display error has occurred.
Currency presentation may depend on storefront settings, payment services, or customer location. A bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or fee when the payment method operates in a different currency.
Promotional pricing, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions and may not always be combined.
Payment and Transaction Review
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Customers are responsible for using a payment method they are authorized to use and for providing accurate billing information.
Payment providers or fraud-prevention systems may decline, delay, or request further verification for a transaction. These checks can occur before an order is released for fulfillment.
Do not send complete card details, account passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials to customer support.
Customer Information
Accurate contact and shipping information is important for order confirmation, fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales support.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their name, email address, shipping address, billing information, telephone number where required, and other checkout details before submitting the order.
Incorrect or incomplete information can cause failed payment, delayed fulfillment, customs issues, unsuccessful delivery, or return of the parcel.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery time can depend on processing, destination, carrier availability, customs review, weather, transportation conditions, and local delivery networks.
Estimated delivery information is not intended as a guaranteed arrival commitment unless a specific service explicitly states otherwise.
Customers should review tracking information when available and respond to carrier or customs requests that require recipient action.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Return, refund, and exchange requests are reviewed under the store's current return policy and according to the type and condition of the product involved.
Cosmetics and personal-care products can raise hygiene and product-integrity concerns after opening or use. Apparel, accessories, beauty tools, candles, and other products may involve different condition requirements.
Customers should contact support before returning merchandise so the request can be reviewed and the appropriate instructions can be provided.
E-Gift Cards and Digital Value
E-gift cards or similar stored-value products may have different characteristics from physical merchandise because they are delivered or redeemed digitally.
Customers are responsible for keeping gift-card codes or redemption information secure after delivery. A code that is shared publicly or provided to an unintended person may be used by someone other than the intended recipient.
Availability, redemption, and refund handling may depend on the specific status of the gift card and the original transaction.
Promotions, Bundles, and Sale Items
Some products may be offered as part of a promotion, bundle, gift-with-purchase arrangement, or temporary discount.
Where an offer includes eligibility conditions, minimum purchase requirements, limited inventory, specific products, or other restrictions, those conditions form part of the relevant promotion.
If a return affects the conditions that originally qualified an order for a promotion, the final refund amount may need to reflect the remaining eligible items and the terms of the offer.
Reviews, Messages, and Customer Content
If the storefront allows customers to submit reviews, messages, images, or other content, that material should relate to genuine product or service experiences and should not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, malicious, or privacy-invasive content.
Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, private identification documents, or unrelated personal information in public-facing reviews or other content that may be visible to others.
Intellectual Property
The FYNORIQUE brand presentation, original written content, layout, graphics, photographs owned or licensed for use, product presentation, and other protected storefront materials may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.
Product names, third-party marks, supplier materials, or other content belonging to third parties remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Third-Party Services
The storefront may depend on third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, shipping, email delivery, customer support, and other operational functions.
Those services can occasionally experience outages, delays, or technical limitations that affect certain storefront functions. We may adjust the way a service is provided when a third-party system is unavailable or changes its capabilities.
Store Availability and Technical Errors
We work to keep the storefront available and product information accurate, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, software issues, network problems, or display errors can occur.
If a technical error materially affects an order, product price, stock status, or checkout result, we may review and correct the affected information before completing fulfillment.
Reasonable Limits on Responsibility
We are responsible for operating the storefront and handling orders with reasonable care, but some events are controlled by third parties or external conditions. These can include payment-network failures, carrier delays, customs decisions, severe weather, infrastructure outages, or other events outside our direct control.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove customer protections that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer rules.
Misuse and Termination of Access
We may restrict or discontinue access to storefront services when activity involves fraud, abuse, security threats, unauthorized transactions, attempts to interfere with systems, or other serious misuse.
This does not prevent a customer from contacting support about a legitimate completed order or unresolved transaction.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the FYNORIQUE product range, storefront technology, payment options, shipping arrangements, promotional features, or customer-service processes change.
The version displayed on this page is intended to describe the current storefront terms available to customers.
