Return and Refund Policy

How FYNORIQUE reviews returns, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect products, shade-related concerns, hygiene-sensitive goods, and approved refunds.

Our catalog includes cosmetics, body-care products, beauty tools, fragrance and candle items, selected apparel and accessories, and e-gift cards. These products do not all have the same return considerations, especially where hygiene, opening, use, size, shade, scent, packaging, or product condition is involved.

We therefore review return and refund requests according to the actual product and the reason for the request rather than applying one identical rule to every category. If you need help with an order, contact us before sending anything back.

Overview

A return request may be reviewed when the product is in appropriate condition and the request is consistent with the nature of the item and the reason for return.

For unopened preference-based returns, the product should generally remain unused, unaltered, and complete, with original packaging, accessories, labels, seals, inserts, or other materials where applicable.

When an item is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise affected by a fulfillment or shipping problem, the review may focus on evidence of the issue rather than ordinary resale condition.

Start With a Return Request

Please contact [email protected] before sending a product back.

Include your order number, the product involved, and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a return, exchange, or refund. If the issue involves damage, leakage, an incorrect item, a missing item, or a product-condition concern, include clear photos when possible.

Sending an item to an address found independently, copied from a parcel label, or used for another purpose may delay or prevent proper identification of the return.

Cosmetics and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Cosmetics and personal-care products require additional care because opening, application, testing, contamination, or use can affect hygiene and product integrity.

When a return is based on preference rather than a defect or fulfillment error, an opened or used cosmetic or personal-care item may not be eligible for return.

This can apply to products such as foundation, bronzer, mascara, brow products, lip products, creams, cleansers, sunscreen, body oils, scrubs, and similar items once the product has been opened, applied, tested, or otherwise used.

If you believe a product is defective or arrived in abnormal condition, contact us before using more of it so the issue can be reviewed accurately.

Shade and Color Selection

Some FYNORIQUE products are selected by shade, color, or finish. Makeup can look different depending on lighting, screen settings, skin tone, surrounding colors, application technique, and personal perception.

A shade appearing somewhat different in person from the way it looked on a screen does not automatically mean that the product is defective or that the wrong variation was shipped.

If you believe you received a different shade from the one shown on your order, send us the product name, order number, and a clear photo of the shade name or identifying label on the item or packaging.

Beauty Tools and Accessories

Brushes, applicators, blending tools, cosmetic accessories, and similar products should generally remain clean, unused, complete, and in appropriate return condition when a request is based on preference.

Used tools may not be suitable for return where hygiene or contamination is a concern.

If a tool arrives broken, incomplete, materially misshapen, or different from what was ordered, contact us with photos and order information so the issue can be reviewed separately from an ordinary preference-based return.

Body Care, Oils, Creams, and Similar Products

Body-care products may be affected by opening, use, leakage, broken seals, damaged closures, or exposure during transportation.

If a product arrives leaking or with packaging that appears compromised, photograph the parcel, internal packaging, closure, and affected product before cleaning or discarding the packaging when possible.

Preference-based returns may be limited once a body-care product has been opened or used because the item can no longer be treated in the same way as an unopened product.

Candles, Fragrance Items, and Scent Preferences

Scent is subjective and can be experienced differently from one customer to another. A fragrance or candle that does not match a customer's personal preference is not necessarily defective.

Where a scent-based product is eligible for preference return, it should generally remain unused and in appropriate original condition.

If a candle, bottle, jar, or fragrance-related product arrives broken, leaking, cracked, or materially damaged during transit, contact us with clear photos of the packaging and item.

Apparel and Wearable Items

For apparel or wearable lifestyle items, return eligibility may depend on condition, signs of wear, washing, alteration, odor, staining, missing tags, or other changes after delivery.

If a return is based on size, color preference, or fit, the item should generally remain unworn except for reasonable inspection and should be returned in appropriate condition with included materials where applicable.

Items showing clear signs of extended wear, laundering, alteration, or damage after delivery may not be accepted as ordinary returns.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Depending on the product and circumstances, the following may not be eligible for an ordinary preference-based return:

  • Cosmetics or personal-care products that have been opened, applied, tested, used, or contaminated.
  • Beauty tools or accessories that have been used in a way that creates hygiene concerns.
  • Products that are incomplete, altered, intentionally damaged, or missing essential components after delivery.
  • Apparel showing wear, washing, staining, odor, alteration, or other post-delivery use beyond reasonable inspection.
  • Products damaged through improper storage, misuse, accidental damage, or handling inconsistent with their intended use.
  • E-gift cards or similar stored-value products where value has already been issued, redeemed, transferred, or otherwise used, subject to the circumstances of the transaction.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a different product, shade, size, color, or other variation from the one shown on your order, contact us promptly.

Please provide photos of the item received and any relevant product label or packaging information. For cosmetics, the printed shade name or code can be especially helpful when comparing the received product with the order record.

Do not open or use an incorrect product if the issue can be identified while the item is still sealed or unused.

Missing Items

If an order appears to be missing an item, first check whether the order was shipped in more than one parcel and review any available tracking information.

If all expected parcels have arrived and an item is still missing, contact us with your order number and a description of what was received.

Photos of the contents and packaging may be requested when they help us compare the delivery with the fulfillment record.

Damaged Products

If a product arrives broken, leaking, crushed, cracked, open, or otherwise materially damaged, keep the affected item and relevant packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

We may ask for photos showing the outer parcel, shipping label, internal packing materials, retail packaging, and damaged product. These details help distinguish transit damage from product defects or post-delivery damage.

If the product appears unsafe, contaminated, broken in a way that could cause injury, or otherwise unsuitable for normal use, do not use it while waiting for support.

Temperature-Related Changes

Some cosmetics, body-care products, candles, or fragrance items can temporarily change in firmness, texture, or appearance after exposure to hot or cold shipping conditions.

A temporary change does not always indicate permanent damage. If you are unsure whether a product remains suitable for normal use, contact us with photos and a description of the condition before using it.

Return Condition Review

When a returned item is received, we may inspect the product, packaging, included components, labels, seals, accessories, and other materials relevant to the request.

The inspection is used to confirm that the returned product matches the request and to determine whether the item remains eligible for the proposed resolution.

Where a product arrives in a materially different condition from the one described in the return request, the outcome may need to be reviewed again.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be considered in some situations where the product remains returnable but is missing packaging, components, accessories, promotional items, or other included materials that affect the overall returned value.

For hygiene-sensitive beauty and personal-care products, opening or use may make the item ineligible for a preference-based return rather than simply reducing the refund amount.

If a promotion, bundle, or gift-with-purchase was dependent on the original order value or item combination, a return may also require the promotional arrangement to be recalculated.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the appropriate method available for the original transaction.

After we initiate a refund, the time required for the amount to appear can depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution involved.

Shipping charges, customs-related charges, import fees, and other transaction costs may be treated differently from the product amount depending on why the return occurred and the circumstances of the order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received confirmation that a refund was processed but the funds are not yet visible, allow for the normal processing steps of your payment provider or financial institution.

If the refund still appears missing after the provider's normal processing period, contact the relevant payment service first and then email us with your order number if additional transaction information is needed.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on the product involved, the condition of the returned item, and whether the requested replacement is available.

For products offered by shade, size, color, or another variation, the requested alternative may become unavailable before the exchange is completed.

Opened or used cosmetics and personal-care products may not qualify for a preference-based exchange because of hygiene and product-integrity considerations.

Sale and Promotional Items

Discounted products are still reviewed according to product type, condition, hygiene considerations, and the reason for the request.

A promotion may have additional conditions when it involves bundles, minimum spend, free gifts, special pricing, or other offer structures.

If returning part of an order changes the conditions that originally qualified the purchase for a promotion, the refund calculation may need to reflect the remaining eligible items.

Gifts and E-Gift Cards

If a physical product was purchased as a gift, the available return or refund process may depend on the original order and payment method. We may need information from the purchaser's transaction to identify the order.

E-gift cards and other stored-value products are different from physical merchandise. Eligibility may depend on whether value has been issued, delivered, redeemed, transferred, or used.

If an e-gift card was sent to the wrong email address because incorrect recipient information was entered, contact us as soon as possible so we can review whether any corrective action is still possible.

Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements depend on the reason for return and the outcome of the initial review.

Customers should follow the return instructions provided by support and retain shipment records or tracking information until the return has been completed.

Do not return products to a random address, a payment-provider address, or an address copied from unrelated correspondence. Returns sent outside the provided process may be delayed or may not be identifiable.

Packaging a Return

Products should be packed with reasonable care so they are not damaged on the way back. Fragile cosmetics, bottles, jars, candles, brushes, and other items should not be placed loosely in a shipping package.

If the original protective packaging is still available and suitable, it may help protect the product during return transport.

Customers should avoid placing leaking, broken, or potentially unsafe products into a return parcel without first receiving appropriate instructions.
